You can find Massis on the pedestrianized Sheldon Square in Paddington. It has the Grand Union Canal (aka Paddington Arm) on one side, perfect for an afternoon stroll. On the other hand, it is dominated by tall office buildings that work full of sparks for Microsoft, Visa and Vodafone. It’s a corporate location. Undoubtedly, the mezze focused menu is perfect for quick and lively lunches or perhaps a leisurely evening with colleagues and friends. Ambience![]() The decor has a contemporary feel with dark wooden tables and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also an outside terrace where you can dine al fresco for lunch or dinner. to eat and drinkThe starters are the place to go to look for a mezze menu. We ordered the falafel balls, tabbouleh, moussaka and pulled beef to share. Everything was as befits a meze of this type and well done. The pulled beef was soft and flavorful and the falafel balls light and crispy and came with a tahini dip. The main courses we chose were the lamb shawarma and chicken. We expected tender slices of marinated roast lamb, but what arrived was a bit dry. On the other hand, the chicken dish was flavorful and soft. Probably the best way to enjoy this restaurant is to order multiple starters as these are well known dishes that are well prepared and the meze share atmosphere is always pleasant. There is a variety of cocktails, some wines, and some beers. verdictSuitable for a simple lunch or casual dinner in the evening, Massis offers a casual affair with the pleasant hum of happy chatter in the airwaves. Go for the mezes and share them with friends. Per capita: £ 25- £ 35 More info: massis.co.uk
